As Head of Marketing for Capital Connect, Wende oversees all marketing content and campaigns. Wende has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Her expertise includes operations, marketing, business development, communications, and sales enablement. 

Wende concurrently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for 20/20 Foresight Executive Search where she oversees strategic marketing and pursuit management. Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Wende served as Vice President of Operations for the Broker Channel of Ten-X Commercial, the leading online platform for trading commercial real estate. Prior to Ten-X, Wende held leadership positions with such prominent firms as Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield.

Wende began her career as a litigation attorney at the law firm Richards & O'Neil, LLP, specializing in real estate litigation, securities law, employment, and intellectual property.

Wende received her B.A from Cornell University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Distinction and received her Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law.
