Laura Beckman is the Head of Process & Technology of Capital Connect. As such, she drives Capital Connect's operational process, cultivates the firm's technological capabilities and leads the firm's research and analytics division.

Laura also serves as a Managing Principal of 20/20 Foresight Executive Search where she has placed countless mid- to senior-level executives while cultivating the firm's research capabilities.

Laura started her career at Mintel, the world's leading market intelligence company. She then worked for Europe's top high-tech and software executive recruiting firm, establishing its U.S. operations and developing its proprietary database.

Laura earned her BA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
