Ed Kerley is the Director of Client Solutions for Capital Connect. His oversees new member marketing and the development of customized real estate industry collaboration and capital raising solutions.

Ed also currently serves as the Managing Director of Consulting Services for 20/20 Foresight Executive Search. In this role, he leads compensation, leadership and business management consulting services for real estate and investment management platforms. He has extensive real estate investment management experience working with institutional investors and real estate operating companies. His career also includes a 20-year stint with Prudential (now PGIM Real Estate) and creating a sector-focused investment advisory unit within a large industrial property company.

Ed received both a BBA and MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He holds the CPA and CFA professional designations and completed post graduate work in financial derivatives at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
